Wasabi aioli imparts an invigorating hint of heat to complement and enhance the flavor of the tuna burger, served on a lightly toasted brioche bun with freshly sliced avocado.
Tuna Burger with Avocado and Wasabi Aioli
Mix the mayo, wasabi powder, rice vinegar, soy sauce and ground ginger until smooth, taste and add salt if needed.
Pan fry the burger for about two minutes on each side or until hot.
Warm up the bun by putting on a hot surface (hot pan or grill) for a minute or so, or until warm.
