A fresh take on fish tacos, we leave the breading behind to let our ahi tuna shine. Finished with sesame seeds and an accoutrement of enticing toppings, this is a great Taco Tuesday offering.

Step 1

Heat oil in pan over medium heat.

Step 2

Add ground tuna, hoisin sauce, and soy sauce. Stir and cook for about 3-5minutes depending on desired doneness.

Step 3

Place tuna in a serving bowl and top with sesame seeds.

Step 4

Assemble tacos with lettuce, avocado, bean sprouts, cilantro and tuna.
